Girls Only Sessions
Our girls-only football sessions provide a positive, supportive, and high-quality training environment where female players can develop confidence, technical ability, and a genuine enjoyment of the game.

At CPS Football Academy, we understand that every player develops differently, and for many girls, having access to a dedicated girls-only environment can help increase confidence, involvement, and freedom to express themselves on the pitch. Our sessions are designed to create a space where players feel comfortable challenging themselves, making mistakes, learning, and developing at their own pace within a professional football environment.
Technical Development Focus
Just like all CPS programmes, our girls-only sessions are heavily focused on technical player development. Training is designed to complement grassroots team football by giving players additional focused work on the technical aspects of the game that are often difficult to consistently develop within larger team environments.

Sessions regularly focus on:

-
Ball mastery
-
Dribbling & running with the ball
-
Passing & receiving
-
First touch
-
Movement & coordination
-
1v1 attacking & defending
-
Confidence in possession
-
Decision-making under pressure
Our curriculum is built around helping players become more confident, comfortable, and effective on the ball while still creating a fun, energetic, and supportive atmosphere.
A Professional & Supportive Environment
We operate with small group sizes and a high coach-to-player ratio to ensure players receive plenty of touches on the ball, regular feedback, and quality coaching throughout every session.

Training is delivered in a fast-paced and engaging environment designed to encourage confidence, communication, teamwork, and long-term development. Whether a player is completely new to football or already plays competitively, our goal is to provide an environment where every girl feels supported, challenged, and motivated to improve.
