CPS Football Academy was founded in 2020 by Andy Bargh, who was inspired by his time coaching at Caleb Patterson-Sewell’s successful academy in the USA. Driven by a passion for professional, high-quality training, Andy brought CPS to the UK to fill a gap in grassroots player development.​
From humble beginnings, CPS has grown year on year to become a trusted name in football coaching, helping hundreds of players improve their skills. Through regular training sessions and dedicated coaching, the academy has made a lasting impact on young athletes and their development.
Focused on technical development, CPS’s unique approach—based on Caleb’s proven model—has been key to its success. Today, CPS continues to grow, offering young players unmatched opportunities to improve and thrive.

Your Role as a Franchisee
As a CPS franchisee, you’ll be responsible for managing your Academy and delivering exceptional coaching experiences.
