To qualify for a credit for a paid session, notify CPS in writing by WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours before the session starts. Verbal notice alone does not meet this requirement.

Your credit is applied to the following calendar month's training fees and must be used in that month. It cannot be carried forward again. For example, a credit from a September session can only be used in October; it cannot roll over to November.

We will send you a discount code or adjusted payment link specific to you for the relevant month. Use the code at checkout or pay through the adjusted link provided. Approved credits apply to the following calendar month's training fees only and cannot roll over further.

Changes may be possible, depending on the child's eligibility and available spaces. Contact us before changing; any difference in session price needs to be accounted for.
